Dear Travel Partners,

The governments of Thailand and Cambodia have implemented new regulations on visas and visa on arrival for travelers from certain countries to ensure safety and well-being of their citizens and travelers from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cambodia has announced an entry ban of foreigners from Italy, Germany, Spain, France, and the United States for a period of 30 days starting Tuesday 17 March 2020.

Thailand will temporarily suspend the grant of visa on arrival for 18 countries effective 13 March 2020 until 30 September, 2020. The affected countries are: Bulgaria, Bhutan, China (including Taiwan), Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Malta, Mexico, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, and Vanuatu.

The tourist visa exemption is also suspended for Italy, South Korea and Hong Kong SAR until further notice.
