Groundwire Sample Chat Questions
It can be challenging to effectively communicate in a text only format.  It is important to understand what a person may be trying to express and this may be difficult at times. Part of being an effective online spiritual coach is to show empathy, encouragement, and to lead the conversation using biblical principles.

Please respond to these typical initial statements and questions that we encounter on a regular basis. Imagine this is a person you can talk to via instant message. Demonstrate in a carefully worded and appropriate length response how you would begin to engage this person, how you would deepen the conversation, and how you would explain things to them so that they can grasp the truth you are trying to share with them.  After you have responded to these questions we will follow up with your next steps to becoming an online spiritual coach.
